Sunday,  August 24th – Bicycling for Everyone’s Earth Charity Concert!
The intrepid band of eco-minded cyclists are at it again this year with their trans-Japan cycling tour covering 4000kms from the tip of Hokkaido to the tip of Kyushu. During this ride, they’re going to spread the message of sustainability via living a lifestyle that’s truly gentle to our planet. Come be a part of the spirit of this ride and attend this year’s BEE Charity Concert event. This year, we have an eclectic selection of musical talent including: Yukio Yokoyama (http://www.mojorisingovertones.com <http://www.mojorisingovertones.com/> ) – a specialist in tribal/meditative music who’s played worldwide with other tribal musicians such as Charlie McMahon. Yukio has performed in France, Okinawa, Sado Island, and many other places. We’ve also lined up the famed Polyn’Asian musician Ben Kemp (www.myspace.com/benkempuminari <http://www.myspace.com/benkempuminari> ) known for his beautiful and original ballads exploring family, love & loss. Ben played for BEE last year and what fantastic luck that he’s able to play for us again this year! In addition to these and other musicians, there will be representation from various environmental groups so come prepared with all your questions about how best to live the sustainable lifestyle. So join us for a night of music, communion with other eco-minded people, and great food & drinks!
