Moku: No relation to Moku-Moku, this is a natural foods and fair trade shop in Hikone, Shiga. Besdies having delicious fair trae coffee and vegan cookies, Moku’s enchanting setting inside of GokokuJinja (just below Hikone Castle), makes you wonder if you are in Japan or a tropical island paradise. BEE 2008 held a dinner event here, and we had a great time with Nakamura-san!
